An opportunity has arisen to join a High End Bridal Boutique on High Street, Armadale.  The position is for a talented and highly experienced Bridal Consultant with a real passion for driving sales,a strong work ethic and enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional sales experience to all our customers.

To be considered for this role you

  • Must have previous experience as a Bridal Consultant.
  • Must be well presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be available to work 2 to 3 days a week including Saturdays.
  • A dedicated and proactive team player with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time management and organisation skills
  • Must be able to handle more than one client at a time and high pressure situations with ease.
  • Results driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic computer skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Styling brides and other clients, offering specialised knowledge with unrivalled and consistent customer service.
  • Coordinating consultations and fittings with the Designer.
  • Identifying the needs of our customers, nurturing relationships with clients, follow ups and feedback.
  • Working closely with the designer to maintain and manage the presentation and operations of the store.
  • Thinking outside the box to maximise store performance and drive sales.
  • Ongoing development of product knowledge to maximise retail sales.
