Returns Policy
Please use our size guide to determine your size. We recommend having someone assist you in taking your measurements to ensure the highest accuracy. If you are in-between sizes we recommend ordering the bigger size to allow for alterations. We do offer split sizing, if you are interested in this, please enquire here.
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian Orders. Please contact us prior to ordering with details of your wedding date to confirm estimated delivery time.
We will ship your order within Australia via Express Post with DHL or Australia Post.
Any estimated delivery date is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of shipment, please email info@shehzarinbathacouture.com.au to let us know.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in NSW, Australia. Once your shipment has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your gowns journey to you.
Shipping Internationally
We are ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm delivery time-frame and any import fees or taxes that may apply.
We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal payments.
We don’t always stock all sizes in every shoe style and while we can get any size ordered in for you, there may be a delay. To ensure you’ll receive your shoes on time, please contact us before purchasing to confirm stock.
All returns (exchange or refund) must be authorized by one of our team members. You can contact us at info@shehzarinbathacouture.com.au or on 03 9509 3459 to proceed with a return. Our returns policy is applicable within 14 days after the customer has received the order.
If you wish to exchange or refund, please ensure the following:
- Contact has been made with us within 14 DAYS of receiving the items.
- The item is in its original purchase condition, unworn, and unmarked.
- The item has not been worn or tampered with in any way.
- The item is accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
Shehzarin Batha Couture reserves the right to charge the full cost of the product if we determine that the shoes have been worn or damaged. Return postage is paid by the sender. We strongly recommend insuring your parcel for its full amount, as we do not issue refunds if the package is lost in transit.
If shoes are returned in near-perfect condition, a cleaning fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Our returns department will contact you before applying this charge.
Depending on the condition of a returned shoe, a repair fee may be charged for any visible damages that require professional attention. In such cases, our team will notify you before any charges are made.
A $30 shipping and handling fee is retained by us.
We are happy to exchange made-to-order shoes purchased at full price with 14 days’ notice, provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with no marks or blemishes. Shoes must also be returned in their original packaging, which should be pristine. Please try them on only in a soft carpeted area, as hard surfaces may cause damage.
If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund, which may take 7 to 10 working days to process. Orders canceled after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
Please note that Bella Belle and Charlotte Mills shoes may attract a return shipping fee of $40.
