Returns Policy

Please use our  size guide to determine your size. We recommend having someone assist you in taking your measurements to ensure the highest accuracy. If you are in-between sizes we recommend ordering the bigger size to allow for alterations. We do offer split sizing, if you are interested in this, please enquire here.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian Orders.  Please contact us prior to ordering with details of your wedding date to confirm estimated delivery time.

We will ship your order within Australia via Express Post with DHL or Australia Post.
Any estimated delivery date is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of shipment, please email info@shehzarinbathacouture.com.au to let us know.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in NSW, Australia. Once your shipment has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your gowns journey to you.

Shipping Internationally
We are ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm delivery time-frame and any import fees or taxes that may apply.

We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal payments.

All returns (exchange or refund) must be authorised by one of our team members. You can contact us at info@shehzarinbathacouture.com.au or on 03 9509 3459 to proceed with a return. Our returns policy is only applicable within 14 days after the customer has received the order.

If you wish to exchange or refund you will need to make sure of the following.

  • Contact has been made with us within 14 DAYS of receiving the items.
  • The item/s is in original purchase condition and is unworn and unmarked.
  • The item/s has not been worn or tampered with in any way
  • The iem/s is accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

Shehzarin Batha Couture  reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product, if we deem that the shoes are worn or damaged in any way. Return postage is paid by the sender. Please take care with your parcel and insure the parcel for its full amount as Shehzarin Batha Couture does not refund if the package is lost on its way back to us.

If we deem the shoes as being in an almost near perfect condition, a cleaning fee may be charged for this circumstance. Refunds for instance will have this charge taken out of the total refund amount. Our returns Department will make contact prior to making this charge.

Depending on the condition of a returned shoe and any visible damages or indicators of wear, a repair fee may be charged for any damages that need to be professionally attended to and repaired by a third party. Our team will notify you in this instance before any charge is made.

A shipping and handling fee of $30 is retained by us.

We don’t always stock all sizes in every shoe style and while we can get any size ordered in for you, there may be a delay. To ensure you’ll receive your shoes on time, please contact us before purchasing to confirm stock.

We are happy to exchange shoes bought at full price within 28 days of sale providing shoes are in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which much also be in pristine condition). Please only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors cause damage.
If you wish to cancel your order completely, this is to be made within 24 hours of placing the order and we will issue a full refund. This may take 7 to 10 working days to be processed. If however an order is cancelled after the 24 hour period, a 20% administration fee of the sale price will be retained.
